The Dollarway School District is building a new 56,000 sf middle school, renovating their gym and cafeteria; removing two existing buildings, adding new bus and parent routes, new parking, and a new sports practice field.
East-Harding, via value engineering, has been able to reduce the cost of construction by 10%, enabling the District to use this savings to increase the scope of the project.
