First Arkansas Bank & Trust (FAB&T) is building a new 10,000 sf branch in Sherwood.  Groundbreaking ceremonies were held July 2nd.  Chad Young at WD&D Architects is designing the facility.  Construction is scheduled to begin in July, 2010, managed by EHI's Trey Williams (Project Manager) and John Newkirk (Site Superintendent).
